WHY BABY PHOTOGRAPHY

Your baby's first year is filled with incredible changes, and milestone sessions are the perfect way to capture every stage. From their first giggles and wobbly sit-ups to celebrating their first birthday with a cake smash, these sessions preserve the fleeting moments you’ll cherish forever. As a mom of 2, I can tell you from first hand experience that the first year flies by! One minute you have a newborn baby who fits on your chest snuggled up, then they are belly laughing, the next morning they are crawling, and then your baby has turned into a toddler. 
Professional photos with me will be the best memory you can give yourself and your kids. My kids love looking at albums of their photos, and while everyone has phones to capture photos nowadays, professional images will be a gift to you and them.
Sessions are typically done at 6 months and 1 year, but can be done any time during baby's first year!

if you want the whole family involved, i also offer family sessions!

are baby milestone sessions indoor or outdoor?

Do you offer cake smash sessions?

Both! Indoor sessions can be done any time of year at my in-home studio. All props, outfits, tie backs, backdrops, etc., are provided and available to clients to use!  For outdoor sessions, I ask that parents bring outfits, but I provide the props & blankets for baby to sit on or in. 
Baby must be able to sit independently for outdoor sessions. 
Outdoor sessions just need to have warm enough weather to keep baby happy! A cold baby will be a happy baby and we want to create the best possible photos for you.

Yes! I love cake smash sessions.
A first birthday is a big milestone, and a cake smash session is a fun way to celebrate! These sessions include:
Classic Portraits – We start with traditional one-year portraits before the cake comes out.
Cake Smash – A fun and messy moment as your baby explores their birthday cake! (Parents provide the cake due to allergy and liability reasons, and I have recommendations if needed).
Splash Bath – After the cake, your baby gets to clean up in a warm, bubbly bath, which often results in some of the cutest images.

I have several adorable set ups and backdrops to choose from. Customization is always an option we can discuss too!

A baby milestone session captures your little one's growth and personality at key stages—typically at 3, 6, 9 months, and 1 year. These sessions showcase important developments like tummy time, sitting up, standing, and that first birthday celebration. Perfect for documenting all the sweet changes in your baby’s first year!
